从BioMart中下载拟南芥和小麦的直系同源基因（Orthologues）
step1：进入EnsemblPlants网站https://plants.ensembl.org/index.html
step2：点击BioMart

step3：选择合适的数据库，这里选拟南芥的基因

step4：选择要导出的数据，这里选定导出拟南芥的基因ID，以及拟南芥和小麦的orthologues

step5：点击Results

step6：选择导出的文件格式，点击Go，导出结果

导出的文件中包含所有拟南芥基因32833个（包含非编码基因）和与拟南芥直系同源的51147个小麦基因。（PS：如果最开始的数据库选的是小麦的，后面的orthologues选的是拟南芥的，则结果为包含小麦所有基因和拟南芥部分基因）
