朋友送的新鲜马齿苋。比芝麻还小的黑颗粒就是它的种子。我们小时候用它编过手链,还有朋友说以前拿这个喂猪。
似乎是随处可见的杂草,但却是一味顶好顶好的应季好东西。
特性:入心,肝,肺,大肠,清火解热毒。
功效:清热利湿,解毒消肿,消炎利尿。
特别适合今年湿热重,肠胃系统和皮肤系统大量出问题的情况。
“马齿苋,又名五行草,以其叶青,梗赤,花黄,根白,籽黑也。”小小一株野草,却五行俱全,厉害吧。
之所以叫它长寿菜,除了五行俱全,应该也与它擅清肠道湿热有关,若要长生,腹中常清。这腹中也可说是腑中吧。腑宜常清。
我自己临床上用得最多最灵的是:便秘,肠炎,带状疱疹,青春痘。大多都是湿热造成的。
市面上也有提取过的保健品卖,其实不用这么麻烦,生命力超强的野菜,挖一把洗干净焯一下当凉菜吃,也是棒棒的。比如哪一天熬夜眼睛红了,吃一点这个凉血降肝火。
和前段时间介绍过的红苋菜不一样,马齿苋凉拌吃草腥味儿更重些,略酸略咸,因此清肠毒效力更强,被列入中药,并且孕妇和肠胃寒凉的人慎吃。
