Since last year I contacted the Yoga until the winnter came I stopped it.This year a girl who is working in Lasha learned Yoga by herself.She shared the great changes on her with us by showing us all the beautiful pictures of her. I was shocked by her story.Her spirit encourages me a lot.I started to practice Yoga immediately.13rd,Mar 2017 is a new beginning.I finished half hour practice.Quiet.Concerntration.
