That will mean striking a balance between market and effeciency, and between development and distribution. China will boost its economy so that there is more to share. China will improve income distribution so that the increased economic benefits are shared as widely as possible.

2.同时，我们也将反腐作为缩小贫富差距的重要方面，通过坚决反腐来有效遏制由贪污、收受贿赂、渎职等产生的“灰色收入”，切断权钱勾结的链条，促进社会公平正义。At the same time, China views anti-corruption measures as an important means to increase income equality. Cracking down on corruption will stem "grey income" from bribes, embezzlement and abuse of power. This will prevent rent-seeking and promote social equity and justice.

3.60年来，特别是改革开放30年来，中国取得了举世瞩目的发展成就，经济实力和综合国力显著增强，各项社会事业全面进步，人民生活从温饱不足发展到总体小康，中国社会迸发出前所未有的活力和创造力。China has scored enviable/remarkable/measurable/impressive achievements over the past 6 decades, particularly over the past 30 years since reform and opening-up.(China has impressed the world with an enviable development trajectory over the past 60 years since the founding of new China, particularly over the past 30 years since the initiation of reform and opening-up.) Among others, China has gained strong momentum economically and in terms of overall national strength, and social programs have made great headway/progressed across the board. (China has come a long way in various social programs.) The Chinese people have experienced/seen measurable improvements in their livelihood from insuffiency to moderate prosperity. Overall, China had witnessed great vitality and exciting creativity never seen before on this land.(Never before in history has China been so vibrant and creative.)
