用vue-cli

npm init  初始化创建一个package.json

cnpm install vue-cli
vue init webpack .    注意后面有个点

? Author ss
? Vue build standalone
? Install vue-router? Yes

? Setup unit tests with Karma + Mocha? Yes
? Setup e2e tests with Nightwatch? No

   vue-cli · Generated "resumer".


> npm i
> npm run dev
