Seeking information wastes me too much time. So how should i change it? In other words, how should i plan appropriately?

1. limit the time i need to spend
I shouldn't spend too much time, like 1.5 hours, to do some useless activities.
BTW, sleeping too long isn't so great.
2. plan the next step before i do my issue
At first, i need to do what i must do in a single day. For example, enhancing my vocab and writing.
3. focused on the issue which i am doing now
