On Windows, XD shows white screen after launch and crashes.

Troubleshooting

1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32.
2. Search for msvcp140.dll, right-click it, and select Properties.
3. Select the Security tab and click Edit.
4. Click Add, type ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES and click Check Names.
5. Click Locations, select the name of your computer, and click OK.
6. In the Security tab, select ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES, click the Edit button, and grant Read & execute and Read permissions to it.
7. Click OK and close all the windows.
8. Follow the steps 2 - 7 for vcruntime140.dll.
