I believe when people look at this motif ,the first india run into his mind would be :” sure ,if not why we work so hard ? Why I wake up every morning so early ? Why I have to show how generous I was ?etc ,and kinds of complain like that .
In my opinion , I disagree money is the big factor to choosing a job . I will regard it as a chance ,there is a platform to show my ability .if you have enough talent that you will have more opportunities to get a challenge achieve your potential . Money is important as well, but not the priority .
Nowadays ,more and more young people prefer to establish his own career .they are more characteristic ,they have labels : creativity ,personality ,courage ,hope and so on ,they are more dare to purchase the things they want ,they like ,they did not want to work with other people they want to work by themselves .show the world they can make some change .
What I suggest is we should pay more attention on these :
Firstly : Do the thing you really like ,the prerequisite is you are willing to spend more time to study that ,to make progress ;
Secondly : Work development prospects, because you are woking for many years , so the company’s potential is quite important ,this involve your prospects and future ;
Thirdly : Team ,In your career, you are not alone ,you are working with a team ,if you find our the team is you are looking for ,that is important ;
When you all do that ,have a job ,or you can take it as career ,more easy talk yourself as a partner of company .you will find it is more easier to get the high salary and have good expression to colleagues ;
