It is a chilly season for job hunters because of the worsening global financial crisis.It is more difficult for university graduates to find a good job. Facing this problem, we should work hard and learn more skills to improve ourselves and properly reduce the expectations for work. If a person has enough capacity, he never need to worry about his job.
Government also has adopted some measures. For example,hiring university graduates can reduce the tax of the company. In my opinion,that is a good measure to encourage companies to employee university graduates.Many companies don't like to hire university graduates without work experience, tax reduction policies will reverse their behavior.
There are two ways for people effected by the global financial crisis. One way is to apply for government jobs, it is stable but fixed income. Set up one's own business can bring a bright future but with more risk.I planning to become a civil servant because I prefer a stable life.
