没有保存重装之后进行剪辑前和剪辑中的状态，大概是GIGA优化之后的效果
显示的数值明显降低，但是估计还可以根据期间的峰值进行调整。最好不要切很多，不然每个都要进行调整，缝合似乎很慢

这个就跟遮罩一样是一个看起来容易实际操作没那么顺利的操作。不过也真是解决了我上午困惑已久的问题，没找到RMS，其实就是在缝合面板上，只不过是版本不同罢了。
大概相关的操作基本上就是对变化较大的地方进行剪切，然后对之间的区域点击重新缝合
