So many women try to play hard (不择手段) in running off excess pounds at whatever cost.

However, little do modern ladies imagine that overweight was the soul of beauty when Yang Guifei lived as people took overweight as the standard of beauty. A beauty is a cutie no matter how fleshy she is! By the same token (similarly), an ugly lady is anyhow unattractive no matter how slim or slender she is.
Let's be honest here, we have to admit that a pretty-looking lady is a beauty no matter how fatty she is, just like Yang Guifei and Dong Cuiting.

So with that being said, a person, overweight or thin, good-looking or ugly-looking, should straighten out his or her mentality, smile and feel happier in life and work like a horse for better performances.

As long as you have a soul of beautiful heart, stay positive and optimistic, tenderly care about your family, cherish your work and devote yourself wholeheartedly to it, and take delight in offering good deeds to others, you can also win the respect and love from others even though you are overweight and ugly as a stick (相貌丑陋).

首先看看“肥胖”的一些基本用词：
1.** overweight**
超重的；过重的。
