I came across an passage today.
The passage mentioned that long time spent with technology is making our brains tired. More specifically, it will get our prefrontal cortex, which is very important to human's critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making , under much pressure.
So it's vital to get our brain a good rest. Actually going on a camping works a lot. And even scientist claimed that short-term and long-term exposure to nature have a different effect, the former can calm the brain and help it to remember better while the latter does the most good.
Unlike other outdoor activities like taking a long walk by the ocean, camping, however ,is definitely the most immersing way to get along with the nature.
Of course on the one hand, go camping brings a lot relax to our mind when we touch the nature, on the other hand , nature itself teaches us a lot. For instance, dealing with the weather and matching dress elements.
For me, as I spend almost 5 hours on smartphone a day, I assume that put down the phone and get close to nature are really nessassary. Otherwise, I may get dizzy in the internet world.
