带参数的方法
btn.addTarget(self, action:#selector(tapped(:)), for:.touchUpInside)
// func tapped( button:UIButton) {
// print("wilson")
// }

不带参数的方法
btn.addTarget(self, action: #selector(tapped), for: UIControlEvents.touchUpInside)
func tapped() {
}
