1，pickerView 永远是第一响应

之前项目中要加入pickerView来选择年份和月份，自己封装的时候本来想在pickerView上加响应视图，无果，pickerView永远都是第一响应。

3，收起键盘的方法

以前做这个需求的时候是，让指定的textField取消第一响应

[self.textField resignFirstResponder];

后来的做法是可以直接让视图变成不可编辑状态

[self.view endEditing:YES];
