1、下载 apache-maven-3.3.9-bin.tar.gz

2、解压 apache-maven-3.3.9-bin.tar.gz

3、在解压的maven文件夹下，新建m2文件夹

4、把conf文件夹下的settings.xml复制到m2文件夹下

5、m2文件夹里面的settings.xml文件配置

配置成自己的相对应位置
