Good habits are important in our lives.They influence us a lot in many ways.I think good habits can make me keep healthy.
First, I have a good habit of getting up early,which makes me breath fresh air and take exercise.Second, good eating habits also lead to my health.Seldom do I eat junk food.Finally,keeping 8-hour sleep makes me full of energy,allowing me to take up all kinds of activities,whether in class or after class.
