django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: mysqlclient 1.3.13 or newer is required; you have 0.9.3.
解决方案1 ： 当前Django的版本是2.2，并不支持 ，改用2.1的版本。（已 试）
解决方案2：需要先装一个依赖，才能安装mysqlclient，安装依赖 sudo apt install mysql-devel （未成功）
解决方案3：上网上查了一下资料有人建议把报错地方注释掉
但试了一下注释之后会有其他错误。
