最近有些着急上火。一方面是由于工作日程排得太满,另一方面又在业余时间给自己布置了太多任务,比如天天写作和每日英文。如果哪天遇到了特殊情况,比如上周五在上海出差时,适逢周末,又有十几年未见的中学同学,大家相约晚上见面吃饭聊天,结果竟一直聊到深夜近1点,没能够按时提交写作作业,耽误了一次打卡。而且近两周由于晚上花了很多时间写作,反而把坚持了一段时间的英文学习挤得没有了时间。
写作和英文如何兼顾呢?忽然有了一个主意。准备从今天开始尝试用英文写作,主题就从“如何保持心灵平静”开始吧。
说到保持心灵平静,最近一段时间我也尝试了一些方法,的确也是行之有效。比如睡前冥想,跟着轻柔的音乐引导,哪怕只有10分钟,就能够让心情放松下来,慢慢地就让心灵平静了下来。另一个行之有效的方法,就是遇到问题或者困难时,不要只是一味的思虑、思虑、再思虑,而是要积极采取行动,并且全神投入到当下所做的事情当中。所以,积极行动,投入当下,也是保持心灵平静的有效方法。
How to keep my heart calm? I think meditation is a good method.. In recent several days I began to do meditation before my sleep. It is indeed effective. After 10 minutes or half an hour’s meditation, I feel relax and then have a sound sleep.
Another effective method is to stop exploring what you want from outside. The less you want from the outside of the world, the more you will keep your heart calm.
The third effective method to keep calm is less thinking , more action. I will feel very tired if I just keep thinking and thinking and thinking some difficulties. Instead, I will feel calm when I take actions to face and solve the difficulties. Especially when I pay full attention to what I am doing, I can keep my heart calm. It means to live at the present. Don’t worry about yesterday and tomorrow. Because yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it’s called present!
