After Haw saw the change would lead to something better, he ran into the maze with more power and soon there were little bits of new cheese haw had never eaten found. But there was no more cheese left. Haw realized if he comes earlier, he would get a lot of new cheese. So he went back to cheese station C to invite Hem to find cheese. But hem refused haw. So haw could only return alone. But it is clear that haw exactly know exploring in the maze makes him happy, not only finding the cheese. He enjoys the feeling that the fear disappears.
2.My story
During running in the maze, haw gradually realize dovercoming the fear greatly makes him happy, not only the cheese. Exactly, itreflects what we always say, “The process is more important than the result.”
Recently we had a lesson in which we simulate the entrepreneurial process by building a tower. Although our group didn’t win at last even our tower has collapsed, we still got a lot during the process. We have a detailed understanding of the entrepreneurial process, knowing ourpersonal resilience under high stress, being aware of the incomprehensibility of our own thinking and so on. We've all learned a lot in the process. it is pretty valuable.
Most of the time, we regard the result as important while ignore the value of the process. But we should know the scenery on the way is also worthy of our attention.
