I have entered for the social practice about Energy Saving & Emission Reduction. Over the month, we made numerous surveies for three sites.
The first site is our university. We smoothly found the rear-service department and got the data of water use from logistical personnel. However, our luck may be ran out of in the beginning.
The second site is the Ecological Civilization Demonstration Area between Yi River and Luo River. Constructed in 2015, the huge project didn't make us doubt that we can see a prosperous region. In a drizzly day, I explored route model with two team members. However, spent several hours, we only proof that it is a awful project with worst ending when we arrived at the destination by one hour's drive and one hour's walk. We didn't have other alternative except going back with exhausted footstep on muddy way.
Fortunately, there is a general beginning in another place. Two days later, We cheerfully got data here. But we didn't know the bigger obstacles were waiting for us.
The third site is green building. We must visit Housing and urban and rural construction committee to get relevant data. Firstly, we call the phone number that found online. "It beyond my limits of jurisdiction. If you want to get the data, you should call the other number: 037960690607," the bleak sound conveied from the other end. Then that man hung up the phone. And when we call the other number, we got a similar reply. After called several times, we understand that they all passed the buck.We were upset and had no idea.
After a while, I was realized that we can't sit still to waiting for death. I opened the notebook and observed the numbers. "We haven't call the last phone number, why don't us have another try?" Then I call again in others' sight. After I explained our purpose, friendly sound conveied from the other end:"OK. I will try my best to help you." We were over the moon at that moment. However, we spent too much time to visit him directly, so we made an appointment two days later.
Two days later, we came to his office. But the door was locked and his phone couldn't get through. We had waited for two hours before leaving.
Afterwards, We knew he had gone on errands that day. According to him, we came to his office again after two days. But the door was still locked and his phone couldn't get through. When we were in desperation, a man walked up to us. He is the friendly sound's owner. He received us warmly and gave us data.
Now, the social practice is still under way. There may be more difficulties, but we all believe that we can solve them.
