hisat2及anaconda安装

Hisat2软件安装

• 一：源代码安装

1. 下载源代码:
   wget http://ftp//ftp.ccb.jhu.edu/pub/infphilo/hisat2/downloads/hisat2-2.1.0-source.zip
2. 建立安装目录：
   mkdir -p home/huangxun/hisat2-2.1.0-source
3. 解压源代码安装包：
   tar zxf hisat2-2.1.0-source.tar.gz
4. 配置环境变量：
   /configure --prefix=/home/huangxun/hisat2-2.1.0-source
5. make
6. sudo make install

• 二：软件包装

1. 先升级本地软件包索引
   sudo apt-get install update
2. sudo apt-get install hisat2
3. hisat2 -h
4. 删除hisat2：sudo apt-get remove hisat2
5. apt-get其他操作：
   升级系统上可升级的软件包：sudo apt-get upgrade（-y）
   删除软件包及其配置文件：sud0 apt-get purge

Anaconda安装

• 1：下载
  wget https://repo.anaconda.com/archive/Anaconda3-5.2.0-Linux-x86_64.sh
• 2:sh home/huangxun//Anaconda3-5.2.0-Linux-x86_64.sh
• 3:配置环境变量nano ~/.bashrc
  在编辑器末尾加入export PATH=~/anaconda3/bin:$PATH
• 4:source ~/.bashrc
• 5:conda --version
