不一定，不同开发者的定义不同。
早上爬楼看到这个问题：
各位有个基础问题我不是很明白，SAM文件中的MAPQ map质量等于255究竟是什么意思，网上查了好多，包括官网的解释都是not available，但是像STAR这种软件给出的却是unique map，那么not available和unique map之间有什么关系吗？还是每个软件对MAPQ数值的定义本身就不同？
我们知道，在cellranger中：
MAPQ adjustment
For reads that align to a single exonic locus but also align to 1 or more non-exonic loci, the exonic locus is prioritized and the read is considered to be confidently mapped to the exonic locus with MAPQ 255.
