隔离第十一天的Daily Diary——to exercise, everybody.

Well I don’t have something special to talk about so here I would like to write an English diary as the special thing for today.

The first thing I want to talk about is about reading in English every day, and now in my quarantine period, every day I will read a piece of news from VOA app and now it’s the 10th day. I got some outcomes from the perseverance. I got maybe 10 to 20 fans on the app for me, it’s a very exciting thing because when you do something and you got some complements from somebody, which will become the motivation for you to do the next step, many thanks to these fans.

Then the second thing I want to talk about is the exercise. At my current situation. I don’t have something very important or necessary to do, I can arrange myself for everything including when to sleep, when to do something related the study or work  , or choose to do them at any order and  anytime. But I try my best to arrange my day regularly. The first thing that is regular is my exercise, now I do exercise once two days, and today is also my exercise day. I think the exercises are very important, especially when you feel down or you don’t feel good about your situation, you need to do some exercise, we don’t need to pay much attention to whatever exercise it is, just to exercise. I think with exercise we can become positive and also a little bit more energetic to face everything that we are going to meet in the future or in the current situation. I’m such a person that has been preserving in exercise for one or two years,  no matter I was a worker or now I’m a student, exercise brings me so much energy and power, and to sweat can help me throw many negativities away, that’s why I stick to exercising even though sometimes exercise is so hurt, but I try best to form a good habit of regular exercise and even now I’m in my quarantine I also ask for exercise for help. I want exercise to give me energy again because now I can only stay in a room and I have no choice to what I can eat or what I can do even after I get out of the room because I have another quarantine to finish, that is, when I finish these 14 days quarantine and when I get back to my home I need to do another 14 days quarantine, those facts make my day not very good actually, but exercise will give me power to face all of those things, so that’s why I need exercise and also that’s why I recommend you to exercise.
