Xiushine's word: ELIMINATE
Anxiety is an emotion characterized by an unpleasant state of inner turmoil, which is the condition of my life at the present.
I will always think about what's the origin of my anxiety, and now I've got the conclusion.
When sleeping at every night, I will always worried about dawn. I'm often afraid about my life will never going to change, and there is no any progress I will make tomorrow because of laziness.
Here and now, I think I need to change this terrible state.
I realized the most effective way to eleminate anxiety is action. My thoughts must be matched and translated into concrete action.
In the meantime, I can adjust action at any time during the implementation.
First and last, to eliminate anxiety is action.
Although it will take times and won't happen tomorrow, it will happen.
