C-41678 D3 Biden should nominate judges who battled the government in court

The nomination for the former prosecutor as judges made by Joe Biden dissatisfied the libertarian party, but the news that currently, the Biden team attempts to seek diversity for the justice system might make them feel promising. What boils down to the opposition for this nomination is two loopholes. First, the inappropriate organized judges  leads to the chasm between the underrepresented defenders and lawyers lacking the experience and the sophisticated prosecutors. Another problem lies in the discontent about the mere cosmetic diversity. For all Mr. Biden is a big fan of law enforcement, it’s not too late for him to designate more lawyers and litigators to achieve substantial diversification.
