Freak out again

OMG I'm having a revision on maths,but each time when I meet a difficult question， I go crazy,power up my IPad and start to watch films!After a while when I think about the question AGAIN,I get fractious AGAIN I watch films AGAIN！I have wasted Five Hours！！！And the final exams are around the cornerrrrrrrr

Now I'm so worried that I decide to watch films
