How to get through bad mood?

Just like an old saying says, you are what you eat, I want to say you are what you live, life is neutral, it's neither good nor bad, those who make full preparations, own an optimistic attitude, who has an open mind  towards opportunities or who are more willing to challenge themselves and take more responsibilities can gain surprises.

When you are down, just tell yourself it's not a big deal, it's temperary, troubles will melt like lemon drops. If anything is going smoothly, what reflect the beauty of life? Take it as an episode. Keeping diary maybe a better way to get through bad mood, when you get frustrated, just accept how you fell, face it bravely, and keep what you think down. Finally you can find the cause of unhappiness. You can't avoid the sad moment, but you can draw some lessons from it and endow misery with great meaning.

You can also start a new skill, like photography, drawing, programing or something needs your attention. Transform your misery into creativity.

Furthermore, feel free to dessert, like ice-cream, mousse cake, chocolate and so on, they are proved to comfort mentally and physically.

Anxiety is very common in our life, especially in this rapid changing society. When you feel anxious, try to take meditation, it is an active way for relaxation,it can help slow your heart rate and calm the mind. Listen to light music, just focus on breath, feels your breathing in and out quietly.

No matter what happened, just believe it will eventually fade away. Take it as an indispensable part through the pursuit of happiness. Coexist with them, stay patient, treat them as an friend, be greatful for it shows the value of happiness.
