In fact,when we are young, lessons have been taught on the classes, 

All the bad things, awful feelings, when they come to you , it is like the world is breaking down, can't breath more.

But as time goes by, black turns gray, ice becomes water, even unbearable pain becomes tolerable.

After all of this, Some people survive, some people dies.

How to survive?

Practice.Practice.Practice.

 step by step. tolerate a bit more than we can once at atime.

So the answer is breif: 

Realize the bad mood's existence. 

Turn the lesson of why & why & why  & why  am I in bad mood to the lesson of tolerate.


Tolerate a little bit more once at a time. One day I finally become strong.
