The Nature of Language 语言的本质
Language shapes our reality and is accepted by the subconscious mind.
Language represents our thoughts.
Thought represents how we filter and
perceive reality.
Changing our language changes our thinking which changes our reality.
The object on which we are focusing (positive or negative) grows, becomes more
significant.
We become what we dwell on—what we
choose to be.
语言塑造了我们的现实,并被潜意识所接受。
语言代表我们的思想。
思想代表我们如何过滤和感知现实。
改变我们的语言,改变我们的思维,从而改变我们的现实。

Step 1 - Write about an area of your life that is not working right now—that you would like to change. What is your present-moment stress?

-- Be spontaneous.
-- Make complete unedited sentences.
-- Allow your emotions to come through.
-- Notice what you feel in your body as you
write.

A few examples…一些示例
“I feel cooped up in my house and cannot go outside and it’s stressing me out.”
“I am afraid because I lost my job and I don’t have any money.”
“I’m angry at my partner, I always get upset when they don’t do what they say.”
After writing your sentence(s), where in your body do you feel this?
“我觉得自己被关在家里,不能出去,这让我感到压力很大。”
“我很害怕,因为我丢了工作,也没有钱。”
“我对我的伴侣生气,当他们不按他们说的去做时,我总是感到不快。”

Step 2 - Compassionate Heart Exercise
第二步 – 慈悲心练习
1.Close your eyes and breath into your belly for a few minutes.
合上双眼并将气息带入腹部呼吸几分钟。
2、Gently shift your attention away from the mind and emotions and focus in the heart area. Allow yourself to breath slowly through the heart. You can put your hand on your heart to help focus.
轻柔地将你的注意力从思想和情绪上转移,并专注在心口区域。允许气息来到心口,缓慢地呼吸。你可以把你的手放在你的心口帮助集中注意力。
3、Think of something that you love and care for—someone or something positive that you can have compassion and love for. Let that feeling expand from your heart into your body.
想着一些你爱的和关心的人或事,能让你升起慈悲心和爱的正面的人或事。让这种感觉从你的心扩展到整个身体。
4、While maintaining your focus in the heart area, gently send positive feelings of care and compassion to yourself for the situation in your life that you would like to change.

5、From the place of compassion, what would you rather think/say to yourself?

3 - Creating Your Positive Affirmation

Specific Language Creates Powerful Thoughts
We create anew when our language is aligned with our emotions.
We need to be specific.
When creating your affirmation, use: who, what, where, when, with whom, how often.
Repetition is the key to manifesting our highest true nature.
具体的语言创造强强大的念头
当我们的语言和情感一致时,我们就会创新。
我们需要具体一点。
当创建你的肯定时,使用:谁、什么、在哪里、何时、与谁、多久一次。
重复是显化我们最高的真实本性的关键。
Creation Statement:创建声明:
Form a statement that calls to you from what you are choosing to change. Note what the feeling is in your body when you think that. Hold it in your heart and love yourself for it.
From that place, make a new decision.
从你所选择的改变中,形成一个感召你的声明。注意当你这样想的时候你身体里的感觉。把它放在心里,并为此爱你自己。从那儿开始,做一个新的决定。
-- Be 1st person personal, stating what is, and speak from your Heart
-- Speak and think only what you choose to come into reality
-- Be specific
-- Place it in your body—how will your body feel as this becomes true?

Your affirmation (statement) is composed of three sentences:

“I choose…” “I have…” “I am…” “I create…” “I
can…”
Example, “I choose to go outside each day for
20 minutes and relax.”

2nd sentence:第二句:
I breathe deeply.
What is the new sensation in my body that goes with this choice?
Name the sensation and its location in the
body.
Example, “My stomach is soft.”

3rd sentence:第三句:
Now what do I feel/have in my life. What is the fruit that I claim from being able to say this?
For example, “I feel my joy… my love… my faith.”

Step 4 - Rx (prescription):

Repeat verbally or by writing and with feeling.
7x in the morning and 7x in the evening.

Reinforcement Exercise 强化练习
1) Look into the mirror, into your own eyes, and be playful and loving as you say the word -- you can embellish!
2) Compassionate Heart exercise.
3) Say “cancel/clear” when the old thought appears and then put in the new thought (affirmation).
1) 看着镜子里自己的眼睛,说话的时候顽皮一点,带着爱心——你可以修饰润色!
2) 慈悲心练习。
3) 旧有念头出现时说“取消/清除”,然后重复新的念头(肯定)。
Focus on one positive affirmation each month.
Take time to reinforce your positive affirmation until it becomes strong in your mind.
每个月专注于一个正面的肯定。

Follow a healthy yogic lifestyle: spend time in nature, practice asana and pranayama,
conscious relaxation, eat a healthy vegetarian diet, practice positive thinking and meditation, self-inquiry, chanting and prayers, read uplifting spiritual works. All of these practices will further reinforce your affirmation.
