Today is Thursday.
Part 2 of the Secret of A Chorus.
The teacher told all the members that the only way for them to win the competition was letting some of them sing soundlessly. She said it was unfair for all the children, not only those who cannot sing very well but also sing beautiful, if they lose the competition and then lose the opportunity to sing abroad. The girl's friend couldn't object the teacher's order publicly, but both the girls made a plan secretly.
It was the time for the chorus to perform. When the teacher started conducting the chorus, all the members sung soundlessly. Despite the teacher's effort, everyone just opened their mouths without a little sound. The audience didn't know what had happened. And eventually the teacher was embarrassed to left the stage. Just at that time, a beautiful song came out of the chorus, all the children began to sing. Their song was so amazing that the entire audience were attracted. That's the end. Did they win the competition? It was decided by the movie audience.
I think most of the people who watched the movie will stand by the children. But if it really happened to me in some familiar situation, I wouldn't know whether I would do. For example, do you remember the song at the open ceremony of Beijing Olympics performed by two girls? One showed her appearance on the TV and the other sang the song in the studio. What is your choice?
