看到网上好多说换台电脑，或者重装，或者其他一些方案，试了下对我都不太好用，说下我最终有用的解决方案，参考：https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22443425/application-loader-stuck-at-authenticating-with-the-itunes-store-when-uploadin/59261475#59261475
1.先重启：
2.找到缓存目录：/Users/your_user_name/Library/Caches/com.apple.amp.itmstransporter/
3.删除
4.终端运行：/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/SharedFrameworks/ContentDeliveryServices.framework/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter 这个过程要翻墙，然后下载完成,大概58M多（最好到缓存目录下看着下载过程，失败的话重新开始）
5.关闭翻墙，再上传ipa
