Traffic lights change, human and motor vehicle interlace, to a certain degree, civilization level of a crossing can reflect quality of a city. Although to stop at red light and to go at green one, and motor vehicles let pedestrians go first are the traffic rules of the most basics. But on the streets, there are many people non-compliant completely with traffic rules.
It is a phenomenon that pedestrians or non- motor vehicles run the red light. Although the traffic light already is red, someone doesn't obey the traffic rules. ‘There isn’t any motor vehicle, why I can’t go’,that is what they say very often.
The phenomenon of rush moving by pedestrians at waiting area is very serious too. Some motor vehicles start to go when traffic light is yellow and don’t let pedestrians go first, which happen often on the crossing.
