“热爱”这个词，稻盛先生又常常用“喜欢”“迷恋”这类词汇来表达。

如果你不喜欢、不热爱你当前的工作，那么在多数情况下，你得马上改变你的心态，哪怕是强迫自己改变。

如果你热爱自己的工作，你就会全身心投入。如果你全身心投入，就会产生良好的工作结果，你这种工作态度和工作结果不但能获得周围人的肯定，而且会让你从内心感到满足并产生自信。而这又会成为动力，激励你更努力地投入工作……这样的良性循环，不仅是成功的必要条件，从某种意义上讲，它甚至就是成功的充分条件。因为这种良性循环可以改变你的命运。这就是稻盛先生最重要的人生经验之一。
