题目：In conclusion, making car parks around the city has some advantages for drivers, but it needs to be well planned and managed if it is to be effective. We all need to work together to reduce fossil fuel emissions and to make the inner city a more pleasant place to live and work.
Nowadays , With the improvement of living conditions , people's living standard has been further improved. The cars in inner city are increased quickly . So some people will building a parking around the city and building a public transport network . And in my opinion , both of this have advantages and disadvantages .
The first point to make it is that building transport network could reduce traffic jams and traffic lights .When they drive car to inner city , they could don’t worry about the confusion of too many cars . Also building it could increase the number of lanes for cars and vehicle shunt , people can get where they want quickly instead of wasting a lot of time in traffic jams . There will also be a lot of convenience for people to set up a parking lot . For example , the people at least don't have to worry about where cars can be parked, and they don't have to be afraid of being penalized for staying on the side of the road or in other illegal places .
On the other hand , these question can be extremely negative . Building these two things , you’d better ask the people opinion . If a lot of people want it , it will be a good ideal , but if a few people want it , this will lead to a lot of waste. Moreover , building a parking doesn’t too expensive , once the parking are expensive , People will give up because they can't afford it , so the parking price should be moderate. Even if these things are built, they will not reduce the use of cars. I think the government should take corresponding measures to control the number of cars, instead of just building these things .(313 words)
