Thank you for coming to visit the university for research collaboration annually for three consecutive years. As I mentioned to you the other day, after completing three-year visit the visitor included in this program needs to write a conclusion report, which is the sign of the completion of the program. I was just told that the we had to upload the report in the system before it closes on April 12th. It may sounds quite in a rush, but what do you think of sending me the report on April 10th? To make sure we meet the deadline, I will try my best to translate your English report into Chinese within 1 to 2 days if an report is completed by April 10th.
