The army's repression of democracy activists against the coup in Myanmar has grown more vicious with demonstrators taking more actions to fend off the increasingly violent security forces. Frustration is mounting on the junta for several reasons. Opponents of the coup are steeling themselves for a long fight as more go on a stirke. As well as rising death tolls, this demonstration means more people are out of their jobs and thus caused huge economic distress, leaving the state paralyzed. One source of hope for the army is that the damage to the economy can dampen the civil-disobedience moment and push people back to their jobs. But this may be not realistic because more demonstrators suggested they have no intention of giving up the fight with the financial help of grassroots aid organisations. The author predicted this agitations democracy may end in massacres as did the previous two ones.
