Media outlets usually reveal the truth and advocate justice when showcasing various crimes.However,over detailed descriptions of crimes often trigger a mixed reaction from the public.Some consider it as good intentions for preventing similar crimes while others think just the opposite,denouncing that it may badly influence the public especially teenagers who lack ability of telling right from wrong.Truth to be told,media outlets should emphasize more on attacking crimes and educating the public positively rather than give detailed descriptions of crimes which may easily cause unpredictable outcomes.
