1、下载python,配置环境变量
2、安装pip :https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pip,进入目录 python setup.py insall，配置环境变量
3、安装selenium: pip install -U selenium
4、安装webdriver，配置chome目录环境变量，并放在此目录下python
