  It is clear that the average co2 emissions per person of weden rose remarkably from 1967 to 1977 and start slamp from 1977 to 2007 . while the average co3 emissions per person of Italy and Portugal rose to different dephee. Beside in around 1987 the average co2 emissions per person of Italy overtook the average of sweden to rank second. But the average of uk remained at the top of the chart

  To be specifically, the emissions in the uk fell steadily over the years from around 11 metric tonnes in 1967 to about 8.5 metric tones in 2007. Despite the fall, uk remained the country with the most co2 emissions . the emissions in Sweden, however, tonnes in the first ten years. Then thefigure plummeted to reach only 5 metric tones.
