Oakland , San Francisco Bay Area, is sooooo cold in the morning this summer so far. Most times when I wait for the subway at the outdoor platform, I'm freezing and shaking in the wind. Where's summer?! I feel it goes straight to winter. Now I truly feel the saying "The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco" (I can't find who said this, it's not Mark Twain).

I heard it's going to warm up next few days, fingers crossed!
