多余的分割线

当cell不足于填充满屏的时候出现多余的分隔线,解决如下：

tmpTableView.tableFooterView = UIView()

上面的看似错误是<code>
tableView(tableView: UITableView, heightForRowAtIndexPath indexPath: NSIndexPath) -> CGFloat</code>返回了负值。
实际结果呢：返回1.0一样出现这么个错误

总结：UITableView的CellHeight须返回大于1.0的数
