XCode 8.1 "Comment Selection" disabled

After I upgrade Xcode to 8.1, the Comment Selection menu is disabled again, and find the solution from internet.

In Terminal: sudo /usr/libexec/xpccachectl

Reboot your system.

Reboot the system is necessary, after reboot the system, the shortcut is enabled again.
