1、So a woman called Claire Varian-Ramos is doing some research on how this is affecting birds.（C12 Test3 Part4第12句）
这句话再次提醒我research是不可数名词，不要加s
2、And Varian-Ramos has already found in her research that if young male birds are exposed to mercury,if they eat food contaminated with mercury,then the songs they produce aren't as complex as those produced by other birds.（C12 Test3 Part4第17句）
be exposed to 是一个非常常用的固定短语，表示接触到，暴露于什么东西，常常用来形容接触到什么不好的东西，负面的东西。
其名词表达形式为exposure to sth
3、Now the way she's carrying out this research is worth thinking about.（C12 Test3 Part4第19句）
这句话中又用到了be worth doing这个结构，正好可以再重温一下worth，worthy与worthwhile的差异
worth做形容词，只能做标语，不能做定语，也就是说只能说be worth, 但不能将worth放在名词前。
worthy 做形容词，可以做标语，也可以做定语，比如 be worthy of doing/sth, 也可以说he is a worthy man.
特别的，想要表达某个东西值多少钱，只能说be worth + 具体金额，比如this item is worth $20.
