Today is June 15, 2021. There are only five lessons left this term. I still have six test papers without explanation. All of a sudden,  I feel a little stressed and worried. That's because Miss Zhang and Miss Yan have had an exam of Test 9, but I have no time to do this.

I tell myself to be calm , to be patient. My students are different from theirs. They need time to understand what they have learned. I must give them enough time . 

The best teaching is to get the student learn what they learn instead of just finishing my teaching plan. So I must follow my own steps, keep calm and steady.

There students of Class 9 came to see me this afternoon after their college entrance examination. We talked about many things like dreams, choice, reading and planning and so on. All the three students are the common students when they were in junior school . But they kept seeing me every Teachers' Day after they graduated from their junior school, almost every year. Just because I am a good headteacher in their eyes.

I often think that to be kind to the students is to be kind to myself. Love goes out, love comes back. Those kind things what we have done are all for ourselves not for others.So don't be afraid of losing , losing your time , losing your energy , losing your money.... Losing is also getting,isn't it? No pains, no gains.That's true.

I wrote an article about my project and announced it on my Wechat account . My leader read it and asked me to send the article and all the pictures to him. Maybe he wanted to post it on our school wechat account. But that's not what I want. 

Sometimes it's contradictory.If I post my article on the internet  , the personal study process will be exposed to all the people ,and my article will be the biggest barrier when I conclude my project. What should I do?

Today two weak students in Class 6 wanted me to help them with their English. I hesitated. The two girls never passed the English exam. Sometimes they will sleep and talk in my class. Especially the taller girl, she never hands in her homework. She always sleeps in my class and chats happily in my class. Will I help them?
