题目：One way to solve the problem of parking in inner city areas is to have large car parks around thecity centre and a public transport network to take people around the innercity. Inner city parking would then be limited and very expensive. What are theadvantages and disadvantages of this approach to urban planning?
Recently, with the global economic growth, more and more people begin to buy cars as their means of transportation, most people choose cars because of convenient travel, but also parking is becoming more and more shortages and expensive, so in order to solve such problem, the city planning method provides a way for us, but at the same time also brought some advantages and disadvantages.
The plan may lead to a high population density on public transport or may affect the time for people to get home or go to work. For example, when the program starts, inner city residents parked in a large parking，because of parking spaces in the centre of the city was very expensive, so will choose to go home by public transport network, if it's rush hour from work at this moment, can also lead to congestion, lead to people spend time on the road than normal traffic takes more time.
However, this plan still has many advantages, such as the effective planning of parking spaces, reduce the phenomenon of vehicles parked in disorder, but also effectively reduce the number of vehicles in the inner city, the use of public transport to reduce exhaust emissions, not only reduce air pollution but also effectively control the problem of traffic congestion. Therefore, the advantages and disadvantages of this plan are worth considering, but we can't deny that this plan is valuable.
