Roast chicken

1.Clean One whole chicken

2.Preparing two lemon,Tandoori Masala and Mint leaves(It is better if you have cooking wine ,but not necessary )

3.Put lemon juice ,Masala powder and mint leaves into whole chicken.

Add little Oliver oil .Mix it completely

4.Put it into fridge 3 or 4 hours (or one night) and take it out to toast.

5.Using 250C T for one hour.Open the foil in the last 15 mins,Chicken's skin will become golden yellow color.
