What is your most valuable thing in life? Well, for me, there are three things I value much--Time, Money, and Health. Let me explain that a little.
There is a classical description of time. Everyone has such a kind of bank. Everyday your account in this bank is full of lots of 'money' and the amount equals for each day and each person. Yet it will be reset after the 24 o'çlock. You can use the quantified money freely as you like. Sounds great? And that is Time!
I was really shocked when the first time I heard the story. We always say that 'Time is Money', yet for most of us we care the waste of money far more than the waste of time. That's a pity.
One month ago I've read a book named 'Better Life' which introduces the time management of Lyubishchev. I was inspired by the method of the hero and started to record my time too.
I searched on the Apple Store and tested a few time record apps. Finally I chose the 'TimeGolden', which allows you to orginize your daily activities and count each task's duration.
I often update the items brought into my daily list. Since I concerned about my time, I felt so pained that we waste so much time unconsciously, and procrastination means not only you always do the vital things at the last minute, but although start early, yet you continue to allow yourself interrupted by trivial things and casual talks. Not focusing on what you're doing, you'll soon find that the result is very, very low efficiency.
Luckily, I find it early and change it early.
For the second treasure-- Money, it's much easier to record. For I'm preparing for the accounting qualification test and CPA, I unloaded Wacai and replaced with Zhangwang, which is designed for enterprise financial affairs.
It's really a headache for the start, for I'm often confused about whether the cash flow or exchange through Credit Card or accounts receivable should belong to which caption of accounts, and put it in the opposite direction is so normal.
Fortunately I'm getting much better as time goes by.
Be friendly to your money, and it will do the same to you.
Last but not least, your body is an honest mirror of what your life attitude and discipline is. I once reached my lowest weight last year after almost two months' control of diet and keeping on practice in the gym. Yet I quickly rebounded after went to Taiwan and addicted to the damn delicious snacks in night markets.
People say that diet is a life-time career for women. I reflected on what I experience the whole year, and realized that you cannot depend on a short-time self-control to achieve your goal temporily to identify your health. Instead, health is a reflection of a life-long-time system of good life habbits. So I have to deeply change the way I eat, I sleep, I practice... unconsciously, and gradually reach the fundamental goal--not a slim, but a healthy and strong body.
So I bought a fat-weighing machine with an bluetooth-controled app called Qingniu(means 'light cow' literally) and recorded my progress everyday.
Magically, maybe my cells remember the last weight lost experience, this time I just eat slower and less oily, walk longer, the weight loses just faster ever, almost 2 kilograms a week, which excites me much.
I once joked that my goal is to look like scarlet barbie. In this speed the dream would come true soon.
I'll share my experience on diet in another passage.
In conclusion, TimeGolden, Zhangwang and Qingniu is my three favourite apps for manage the three life treasures--Time, Money and Health.
I'm on the way to do this, how about you?
