I am Ada, I already worked for more than 4 years.At the beginning,I was a tester,My job was testing Apps which ran Android and iOS. After one year, I began to learn how to manage project ,in other word ,I was a project management assistant,most of job was still testing Apps,but I had chance to learn knowledge of project management. 2014 , I had a chance to became an project manager . This was a huge challenge. I wanted to give up or reject, but my leader,tommy, he insist on that I should be a project manager, so I had to try it. After three months , I replied to resign job, at that time, he was on a business trip,and he asked Mr Xu to persuade me to insist on my job,and I took his advice, After one year , I could handle my job .
But now , I find some problem ,I can not concentrate on my job, and I have serious procrastination,I also don't like my job.I always lost my temper, I have no patience. I want to resign job but I don't know which skill i have.I want to start over from now on . So I write an english dairy.
