Ask：When you think about your own experience of starting a business, what advice do you think you can give to other young people who want to start a business?

Answer：I always think that you should start from the problem. You can't start a business for the sake of starting a business, but to solve a certain problem in the society. Modern excellence is all about promoting social change, even if it's just a small company. You shouldn't want to make a lot of money in the first place, because starting a business is a very difficult thing for people who have ever started a business. I think it's your faith, not money, that will support you through the storm

Ask：What advice would you like to give to young people who want to change the world like you?

Answer：You don't have to be forced to start a business, but you should dare to take risks 。in my early days, Peter (Peter tell, a Facebook investor) said to me, "in this fast changing world, the biggest risk is not to take any risks." There is always a risk that you will have to change when you do. Any decision you make will have both advantages and disadvantages. However, if you are always hesitant and dare not make any changes, you will never be able to catch up with the times and fail. 答：创业不必强求但要敢于冒险。

It's important to keep trying. It's like starting a scientific company. It's important that you know what you're going to do next, as long as you try different hypotheses and do it well. So we made a lot of different decisions in the company. We invested in this huge experimental framework and delegated the power of experiment to engineers for tens of thousands of different experiments, so we developed very quickly and efficiently.
