The tricky thing about your brain is that, once a negative mood takes
over, you lose sight of what's good in your life, you maybe suddenly hate your job,you are frustrated with your family and friends, and your
optimism about the future goes out the window.
Part of self-awareness is konwing what you are going through even if you can not totally change it.
Admit to yourself that your bad mood is hanging a cloud over everthing
you see, and remind yourself that you moods are not permanent.
Your emotions change all the time, and low moods will pass if you allow
them to.
Accept it and let it be.
